  • Collaborates with the whole of the Corporate Real Estate & Workplace team and other stakeholders to develop and facilitate workplace strategy processes to optimize the overall workplace experience across all 2U Offices; these processes have directly contributed to 2U Denver being named one of the Denver Post’s “Top Places to Work” in 2017, 2018, and 2019.
  • Leverages Salesforce and Smartsheets collect and track data and to deliver high standards of communication and customer service with internal stake holders; was noted as one of the department’s top Salesforce performers for the 2018 fiscal year.

  • Aided legal advisor by extracting relevant data from all ordinances and resolutions passed in cities across the United States in relation to the Convention on the Elimination of all Forms of Discrimination Against Women. Worked with the legal advisor to analyze and report the policy implications of such legislations and create recommendations for potential similar ordinances in the City of Denver.
  • Worked with organization Co-chair to identify potential resources, funding, partnerships and support for the Cities for CEDAW campaign.

  • Coordinated a large array of operational, logistical, and risk management tasks before, during, and after the study abroad term in conjunction with the Program Director.
  • Acted as a program liaison to local partner organizations. Assisted in setting program expectations, fostering communication, solving disputes, maintaining partnerships and building new relationships.
  • Planned and facilitated program excursions and team building exercises including two overnight trips and excursions to US Embassy, UN House, and Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
  • Allotted and evaluated program assignments, collected and processed necessary program documents and developed lesson plans and information sessions on related topics.

  • Tracked, researched, and composed reports on legislation and ongoing civil society projects within Bosnia and Europe that would potentially benefit or compliment the foundations current and future projects. This information was used in securing new funding and in the creation collaborative project proposals for the organization.
  • Drafted development reports and grant proposals, in addition to contributing to project reviews and yearly reports that were subsequently used to successfully renew funding for a number of the organization’s programs.
